Finger Lakes Apple celebrates one of the great pleasures of harvest season around here—a beautiful local apple in all its red-and-gold glory.

Painted in rich reds, warm golds, and subtle highlights, the apple rests against a hand-decoupaged background of delicate origami paper. The pattern adds an unexpected layer of texture and playfulness to this simple still life, while letting the apple remain very much the star of the show.

At 6 × 6 inches, Finger Lakes Apple is a small celebration of autumn, local abundance, and the beauty of something wonderfully ordinary.
