Refund Policy for Original Artwork

 

Each original painting is a one-of-a-kind creation, handled with great care and attention. I want you to love your artwork as much as I loved creating it!

 

Please note: All sales of original artwork are final. Because of the unique and delicate nature of original pieces, I cannot offer refunds or exchanges once the artwork has been shipped or picked up.

 

That said, your satisfaction is important to me!

If your artwork arrives damaged during shipping or you believe there’s been an error in your order, please contact me within 7 days of delivery at elizabethlincourt@gmail.com with photos of the damage or issue. I’ll work with you to find a solution — which may include a repair, replacement (if applicable), or an insurance claim through the shipping carrier.

 

Cancellations:

If you need to cancel an order, please reach out within 24 hours of purchase. Once the piece has shipped, cancellations cannot be processed.

A note about colors and photography:
Every effort is made to capture each piece as accurately as possible in photographs, but colors can vary slightly depending on lighting, screen settings, and the magic of paint itself. I do my best with the tools I have, but please allow for small variations — it’s part of what makes original art so special.
